Stageline is a lean ticketing platform built by Montréal event promoters for the shows we actually run. If you’re here from a ticket link, you’re in the right place — scroll down to see how we keep checkout fast, safe, and low-fee.
You probably landed here from a link a promoter sent you. Here’s what that checkout actually does behind the scenes — no marketing, just the facts.
Card numbers go directly from your browser to Stripe — one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. Stageline never sees or stores them.
Every page and form on Stageline is served over HTTPS. Your name, email, and payment info travel encrypted between your device and our systems.
Right after checkout, you get an email with your ticket as a QR code. Show it at the door — on your phone or printed out. No account, no app.
For cards that require it, Stripe automatically prompts you for bank verification. Stageline supports 3DS out of the box.
No ad pixels, no resellers of your email, no dark patterns. We collect your name, email and ticket choice. That’s it.
The person selling you the ticket runs the show. Questions about the event go straight to them, via the contact details they’ve listed on the ticket page.
From tapping the link to showing up at the door — four steps, nothing hidden.
Choose the pass that fits — Early Bird, Middle Bird, Door — whatever the promoter set up.
First name, last name, email. That’s what we need. No account, no password to remember.
Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — all processed by Stripe. Receipt arrives in seconds.
Your ticket lands in your inbox. Show the QR code at the door. Done.
We made Stageline because every other platform wanted a cut we couldn’t afford and added steps we didn’t need.
Set up an event in minutes, send one link, track sales in real time. Money lands in your Stripe account — we don’t hold it.
The most common things buyers want to know before they enter a card number.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the same standard used by Shopify, Lyft, and thousands of other companies. We never see your card number; it travels directly from your browser to Stripe. The whole site is served over HTTPS.
Immediately after checkout, an email arrives with your ticket as a QR code and a link to view it in your browser. Show the QR at the door. You don’t need to download an app or create an account.
Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, reach out to the promoter — their contact details are on the ticket page for the event you bought from. They have direct access to the order and can resend it.
Refund policies are set by the promoter running the event, since they’re the ones putting on the show. Check the event page, or contact the promoter directly for their terms.
Your name, email, and what ticket you bought — that’s what we need to sell you a ticket and let you into the show. We don’t sell or share this data. We don’t run ad trackers.
Stageline is built and operated by a small group of Montréal-based event promoters for the shows we run ourselves. It’s not a startup. There’s no VC behind it.
