These terms govern the text-message program offered by promoters on Stageline Tickets.

Program description

When you provide your phone number on a promoter’s signup page, you are opting in to receive recurring marketing text messages from that promoter — event announcements, presale codes, lineup reveals, and reminders. Each promoter sends from their own number, and your consent applies only to the promoter you signed up with.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Promoters typically send a few messages per month, and more around an on-sale or event date.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Stageline does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that promoter at any time. You will receive one final confirmation, and no further messages after that. You can also unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any signup page.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the promoter directly using the details on their event page.

Privacy

We store your phone number, the promoter you signed up with, and when you subscribed. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages you opted in to receive.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
